Attention for Register Prometric ID/プロメトリックID作成における注意事項
Your name will be on Confirmation Letter and Score report in the following order；
First name / Middle name / Last name
Please be aware that we cannot accept name change request after taking the test.
Please refer the examples below for your better understanding.
名前は、次の順で確認書と結果通知書に表示されます。
名 / ミドルネーム / 姓
※確認書と結果通知書に表示される名前が、本人確認書類の名前と同じ順になるように、入力してください。
※受験後は名前の変更はできませんので、登録に間違いがないように注意してください。
下記の例を参考にして登録してください。
Single Name/シングルネームの方
Especially for Myanmar, Vietnamese, and Indonesian citizens with single names.
ミャンマー、ベトナム、インドネシアなどの姓・ミドル・名の区別がないシングルネームの方

Fill in "First name" column.Leave the "Middle name" and "Last name" columns empty.
「名」の欄に記入してください。「姓」および「ミドルネーム」は空欄にしてください。
Long name/名前のスペルが長い方
Especially Sri Lankans with long name.
スリランカなどの名前のスペルが長い方

Last name: IKOTAKESHI
“First name” and “Last name” accept only 20 letters in each. Please key in the rest of names in the “Middle Name”
「名」と「姓」は20文字まで入力できます。それ以上になる場合は「ミドルネーム」に入力してください。
Non-Enligsh Alphabet name/英語アルファベットでない文字を含む名前
Especially for Vietnamese citizen with non-English alphabet name.
ベトナムなどの英語アルファベットでない文字を含む名前の方

Non-Enliish alphabets should be converted to English alphabets and entered.
英語アルファベットでない文字は英語アルファベットに変換して入力してください。
Ethnic name/民族名を含む名前
Especially for Myanmar citizens with ethnic names.
