This page serves as a contact point for promptly and appropriately reporting any misconduct or inappropriate conduct in exam administration or related operations. Your cooperation will help us maintain fair and safe exam administration.

This applies to all individuals involved with the Specified Skilled Worker Examination and our services, including Candidate, educators, organizations related to Specified Skilled Worker System, employers of Specified Skilled Worker workers, and Test Center staff.

If you have any information regarding cheating in the exam, please report it.

• Unauthorized removal or leakage of exam questions or answers.
• Exam fraud (including cheating, having someone else take the exam in your place, retaking the exam after ignoring the prohibited retake period, and using forged Identification Document)
• Actions that interfere with fair examination administration (such as the unfair resale of examination slots, or hacking into our website or examination system)
• Inappropriate conduct or suspicions regarding the administration of the examination
• Other incidents suspected of being compliance violations or fraudulent activities

• If you have photos or other supporting documents, you can attach them to the form.
• You can report incidents in any language.
• All information reported will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone other than those directly involved.
• Anonymous reporting is also possible. If you wish to keep your personal information, such as your name, confidential, please submit the form without filling in any fields.
• Please provide your email address, as we may contact you to confirm details regarding your inquiry. If you wish to keep your email address private, please create a new free email address (such as Gmail) or use a disposable email address creation service.

We will verify the facts regarding the information you provided. If we need any additional information, we will contact you via email.
If we deem it necessary, we will share information with relevant organizations, such as Test sponsor, and take appropriate action.

Please provide factual information. False reports not only hinder the investigation but can also have serious consequences.
After you submit your report, we may ask for additional information if necessary, but your anonymity will be respected.
