About changes
The areas that can be changed by the change acceptance deadline (*1) are as follows:

- Test Center
*1.The deadline for accepting changes varies depending on Test Scheduling. Please note that you will be notified when Scheduling is confirmed.
You can make as many changes as you like up to the change deadline, but please note that changes cannot be made more than 365 days after your initial application.
Cancellation
Cancellation due to Candidate 's convenience
You can cancel Scheduling Test up to the cancellation deadline. However, you will be required to pay the fees listed in the next section.
Cancellations cannot be made after the cancellation deadline. Also, if you do not complete the cancellation procedure by the application deadline and are Absence On the test day, no refund will be given.
Automatic cancellation due to payment expiration
If you choose convenience store/Pay-easy payment, please note that if payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your Scheduling will be automatically canceled.
Regarding refunds (convenience store/Pay-easy payment only)
If Candidate wishes to cancel after completing the payment procedure by paying at a convenience store or Pay-easy, Price minus the refund fee (*2) and payment fee (*3) will be refunded.
*2. Refund fee is a flat rate of 550 yen (tax included)
