Reasonable Accommodation
If you require reasonable accommodation to take the test, you must apply before Scheduling Test. Please check the application procedure before applying and apply using the "Consideration Application Form".
Depending on the content of the application, it may take a minimum of one week to a maximum of four weeks from application to confirmation of whether or not the application will be accepted. Please also note that we may not be able to meet your request.
You can check the wheelchair accessibility status of each Test Center from the "Test Center List/Search" page.
No advance application is required to bring the following items. On the day of the test, please let Test Center desk know that you would like to bring it with you. Hearing aids with communication functions such as Bluetooth or other items with electronic functions are not allowed.
- Magnifying glasses, loupes, hearing aids, earplugs, walking sticks
- Prosthetic arms, prosthetic legs, and auxiliary devices used to alleviate functional disorders of the limbs and trunk.
Application procedure
Step1: Application
Please enter your request in the consideration request form and apply.
Depending on Test and application content, you may be required to submit supporting documents (such as a doctor's certificate, disability certificate, etc.) at the time of application.
If you wish to take the exam in a wheelchair, you will need to provide the following information: "wheelchair width," "height from the floor to the armrest," "length from the tip of the armrest to the back," and "weight of the wheelchair." Please check before applying.
Step2: Confirm application details
Based on the content of your application, Prometric or the test sponsor organization will consider whether to provide reasonable accommodation.
Step3: Notification of response details
We will respond to the applicant via email or phone regarding the details of our response.
We may conduct additional hearings.
Step4: Scheduling completed
Candidate will be required to complete their own reservation based on the instructions provided by our company.
Once you have completed your reservation, please contact customer service with your reservation details (Test Center, test date, start time).
*If there are any changes to the test date, time, or Test Center, we will need to check again whether this can be accommodated, so please contact customer service in advance.
*Please note that if you do not complete your reservation or notify us of any changes to the test date, time, or Test Center in advance, we may not be able to accommodate you on the day of the test.
