Flow from inquiry to membership and Test distribution
*We are opening new locations based on the regional supply and demand balance, so we may not be able to accommodate your request.
* Test Center environment and common facilities may be tailored to the characteristics of each Test Center.
1.Inquiries regarding membership and requests for information
Once you have filled out the "Inquiries regarding Test Center membership" form, we will contact you by email or phone.
2. Initial screening<Summary survey>.
- After your company submits the following documents, we will begin the initial screening.
- We will check the demand and supply trends in the relevant region.
- We will check your company's personal information protection system using the personal information protection system checklist based on our company regulations.
Documents to be submitted
Application form / Registered copy (copy) / Financial statements / Exterior and photos of the room that will be used as Test room / Floor layout diagram (to confirm conductors) / Network configuration diagram, etc.
*The initial screening will take several weeks.
3.Second screening <on-site investigation>
Our representative will go to the site and conduct an investigation.
Investigation location
General location of Test Center (reception, waiting room, exam room, etc.), entrance/exit routes, surrounding conditions, etc.
*The second screening will take several weeks.
4.Decision to open
If we decide to open the facility as a result of the secondary screening, we will proceed with the procedures to conclude the contract.
5.Contract established
After signing the contract, preparations will be made for opening.
6. Preparation of Test Center equipment
Your company will prepare the equipment in accordance with Test Center requirements.
7. Test proctor training
Those who will become Test proctors will receive training.
8.Start making Test Scheduling
We will publish your company information on our website.
9.Start of Test distribution
Test distribution will begin.
