| 2007年 | ETS acquires Prometric from Thomson Corporation. The capital alliance with Recruit Co., Ltd. and Recruit Management Solutions Co., Ltd. will be dissolved, and Prometric will become a 100% owned company. Company name changed to Prometric Japan Co., Ltd.. |
