Group Registration

Group Registration can be made using the "Group Registration Application Form" below.
Please check the application procedure and notes before starting the procedure.

Application procedure

Step1: Application

Please submit your application via Group Registration application form at least 15 business days prior to the exam date
Please confirm your desired exam date, the number of candidate, Exam Code, Exam Name, venue number, and start time before submitting your application.

Step2: Confirm

Based on your application, Prometric will confirm your seat and contact you via email or phone.

Step3: Submit Group Registration file

Please enter the necessary information in Group Registration file (Excel file) sent by Customer Service Center and reply via email at least 10 business days before exam date.
Please note that applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

If any of Candidate already have Prometric ID, please check in advance and enter their Prometric ID and registered email address in Group Registration file.

Step4: Scheduling completed

Reservations will be made based on the Group Reservation file.
Once the reservation is complete, the individual responsible for the application will be informed of the reservation details via email.

Notes

Test

Group Registration are available for some Test only. Please check the dedicated page for each Test.

Application acceptance period

From 60 days to 15 business days before the desired exam date.

Minimum number Candidate

Only if there are 5 or more Candidate on the same test date with one application. Test Center does not matter.

How to pay Test Fee

Depending on Test, payment may be made by bank transfer or with an exam ticket.
If you use a discounted exam ticket, the difference will be paid by bank transfer.
In the case of bank transfer, we will bill the person in charge in one lump sum. Requests cannot be made to individual Candidate.
The invoice will be sent to the person in charge by the Friday following exam date.

Change/Cancellation

If you are using Group Registration, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once Scheduling is completed.
