If you do not meet the following requirements, you will not be able to take the exam. Even if you are unable to take the test, Test Fee will not be refunded.

• Identification Document must be originals (copies are invalid) and within their validity period. Electronic documents are not accepted.
• If Test Center reception determines that it is difficult to verify your identity or the authenticity of Identification Document, those Identification Document will be invalid.
• The name, passport number (or NIK number) and date of birth Identification Document must be the same as the name, passport number (or NIK number) and date of birth on your reservation.
