Group Registration
Group Registration are available in the following test countries:
Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Mongolia, Philippines, Thailand, Uzbekistan
Group reservations do not guarantee seat reservations at the time of application, and they are not given priority over individual applications. If there are only a few examinees, please use individual reservations.
Notes
Application acceptance period
Please apply at least 20 business days before the test date.
If you are making a reservation for JFT-Basic exam, the information will be based on the reservation start date.
Minimum number Candidate
This is only applicable if 5 or more people wish to apply on the same day from the same country.
As long as you take the test on the same day, Test Center and subject do not matter.
Payment of Test Fee
To Scheduling, you must purchase Voucher for the exam you plan to take in advance.
For purchasing Voucher, please see "Voucher".
exam date
There is no priority response. We do not necessarily guarantee Scheduling on your desired exam date.
Cancel change
Once the Group Registration file is submitted, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
Application procedure
Step1: Application
Please submit your group reservation application via the Group Registration form at least 20 business days before the exam date.
Please confirm your desired examination date, Candidate number, Exam Code, Exam Name, venue number, and start time before submitting your application.
Step2: Confirm
Based on your application, Prometric will confirm your seat and contact you via email or phone.
Step3: Submit Group Registration file
Please fill out the necessary information in the Group Registration file (an Excel file) provided by Customer Service and email it back at least 15 business days prior to the exam date.
Please note that applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
Step4: Scheduling completed
Reservations will be made based on the Group Reservation file.
Once the reservation is complete, the individual responsible for the application will be informed of the reservation details via email.
