Attention for register Prometric ID

Please read the following notes before obtaining Prometric ID.

When registering your passport or e-KTP information with Prometric ID, please be sure to enter it exactly as it appears on Identification Document. The registered information will be displayed exactly as it is on Confirmation Letter and result notices.

Many users are making mistakes when creating a new Prometric ID by entering the wrong email address. If you enter the wrong email address, you will not receive the following important emails.

• Prometric ID notification email
• Exam reservation confirmation email
• Important Notice Email

Please double-check that your email address is correct before registering.

Passport: Follow the instructions on the input screen and enter the information exactly as it appears on the MRZ.

• ​If your passport's MRZ is single-name, your full name will be automatically registered in the First Name field, and a hyphen ("-") will be displayed in the Last Name field.
• Even if the order of names displayed on your MRZ and Confirmation Letter differs, you can still take the exam as long as you registered according to the MRZ.

e-KTP: Please enter your name exactly as it appears on the card (including your degree, etc.). Your name will be consolidated into the First Name field, and a hyphen ("-") will be automatically entered in the Last Name field.

• A hyphen ("-") will appear in the blank space for your name on Confirmation Letter and result notification documents, but this is not an error and does not require any correction.
• If the name printed on the ticket contains a separator:
  The apostrophe ('') and comma (,) cannot be registered in the system, so please omit them or enter a space instead.
  Periods (".") and hyphens ("-") are allowed. Please enter them exactly as they appear on the ticket.

• Since name information can only be registered up to 39 characters, please register only the first 39 characters if your name exceeds 40 characters. The registered name will be displayed exactly as it is on Confirmation Letter and result notices.

  e-KTP name: Ahmad Syahputra Wirawan Prasetiyanto Bintangku (45 characters)
  Registered name: Ahmad Syahputra Wirawan Prasetiyanto Bi (up to 39 characters)

 

If there are errors in your registration information, you may not be able to take the exam.
Incorrect registration information will be displayed as is on the results notification. Registration information displayed on the results notification cannot be corrected.
Please be sure to check your registration details before scheduling your exam.
Please do not make an exam reservation if your registration information is incorrect.
