Specified Skilled Worker evaluation test in the construction field is conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Implementation Guidelines for the Construction Field Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 Evaluation Test and the Implementation Guidelines for the Construction Field Specified Skilled Worker No. 2 Evaluation Test.
These examination guidelines are based on the examination policies established by the Ministry of Justice, and also stipulate measures to prevent cheating, such as banning those who have engaged in or attempted to engage in cheating from taking the exam, revoking their passing decision, and suspending their eligibility to take the exam for a certain period of time.

For example, if you circumvent the test interval restrictions by using fraudulent means, such as reusing multiple Prometric IDs, Test Result from the fraudulent test onwards will be cancelled and you will be suspended from taking tests for one year from the date the fraud is discovered.
