When registering your passport or e-KTP information with Prometric ID, please be sure to enter it exactly as it appears on Identification Document. The name you register will be displayed exactly as it appears on Confirmation Letter and result notices.

• Passport: Enter the information exactly as it appears on the MRZ. Follow the instructions on the input screen.
• For passports, the MRZ field will automatically register "Single name": your full name will be entered in the First Name field, and a hyphen ("-") will be entered in the Last Name field, and this will be displayed on the document.
• e-KTP: Please enter your name exactly as it appears on the card (including your degree, etc.). Your name will be consolidated into the First Name field, and a hyphen ("-") will be automatically entered in the Last Name field.
• Hyphens ("-") in general: They will also appear on Confirmation Letter and result notices. They cannot be deleted.
   

If you make an exam reservation with incorrect information registered in your Prometric ID, you will not be able to take the exam at Test Center. Please be sure to correct your registration information before making a reservation.

• Please submit any corrections to your registration information at least 20 days before the exam date.
• If you have already made a reservation, please change your exam reservation to a date at least 20 days in advance before submitting a request for modification.
