We will serve you in the order you requested, but please understand that there may be a long wait.
  • Many users are making the mistake of entering the wrong email address when creating a new Prometric ID.
    In that case, you will not receive Prometric ID and will not be able to schedule your exam. Please stay calm and register with the correct email address.
  • Please wait for a response from customer support. Contacting multiple departments or submitting the same inquiry form multiple times will further delay the response.
  • Correcting Prometric ID registration information will take some time. Please be patient and register the correct information.
  • If there are errors in Prometric ID registration information, please do not schedule an exam. Please be sure to correct your registration information before scheduling an exam.
    —You will not be able to take the exam if your registration is incorrect.
    If the registration is incorrect, Confirmation Letter and result notices will be issued with incorrect information and cannot be corrected.
