[Important] Regarding the non-cancellation of test reservations (updated)

From April 2024, in order to ensure that everyone has a suitable opportunity to take the test, once the test appointment has been scheduled, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
When scheduling a test appointment, please be careful not to select the wrong test (including language) or register wrong name, date of birth, nationality, or gender.
You can continue to change the date, time and location until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the test date (*). Please note that you will not be able to change your test appointment unless there are vacant seats.
*If the test date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Japanese holiday, the test date is 4 business days in advance. Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, and New Year's holidays.
