• Taking exam questions or answers by audio or video recording, memorizing them or otherwise distributing them to a third party or disclosing them on a website or social media, or using them in any way, is a violation of intellectual property rights and a serious act of misconduct.
• If any cheating is discovered during or after the test, the test organizer (the Japan Foundation) will take strict measures immediately and appropriately, such as prohibiting the test taker from retaking the test, invalidating the test score, and/or not notifying Test Result (test fees will not be refunded).
• In addition, if we discover any malicious misconduct that may be in violation of the law, we will immediately report it to the police and take legal action.
