[Important] Notice regarding Identification Document and Prometric ID registration information (updated)
For security and fairness reasons, only one form Identification Document may be presented at check-in per country.
Regarding Identification Document
- Effective from April 2026
- Target: All test countries
- Identification Document
- If taking the exam in Indonesia: e-KTP
- If taking the exam in Japan: Passport + Residence Card*
*If you do not have a residence card, your residence status must be stated on your passport.
- If taking the exam outside Indonesia or Japan: Passport

Changes after March 11, 2026
For test reservations starting on or after April 7, 2026, if your passport (e-KTP in Indonesia) information is not registered in Prometric ID, you will not be able to proceed with your reservation. If you are taking the test outside of Indonesia and do not have a passport, please be sure to obtain one before applying for your test reservation.
If you are planning to take the exam in April or later, please update the personal information on your Prometric ID as soon as possible after March 11th so that you will be able to make a reservation.
In Indonesia, only those with Indonesian nationality can book and take the test.
Identity verification On the test day
On the test day, if Identification Document (passport/e-KTP) you bring to Test Center does not match the personal information registered in Prometric ID (name, passport number/NIK number, date of birth, etc.), you will not be able to take the test. Additionally, you will not be able to take the test if you bring Identification Document other than those listed above.
