In relation to the [Important] Notice Regarding Identification Document and Prometric ID Registration Information posted on March 10, 2026, some Candidate with a test history have experienced an issue where, after newly registering or updating passport information or e-KTP information to their Prometric ID, their past score reports are not displayed when they click the score report button on the "Reserved Test List" page.
