Even if you are able to pass Test, this does not guarantee that you will be granted the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker", and those who pass Test will not be able to apply for Certificate of eligibility or change their status of residence. Even if an application is submitted, it does not necessarily mean that Certificate of eligibility will be issued or permission to change the status of residence will be granted.

It is prohibited for one person to obtain multiple Prometric IDs.
If you have already obtained a Prometric ID but obtain another Prometric ID and take the test, your test results may be invalidated.

• Reservations and changes can be made from 60 days before the test date until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the test date at the earliest. If the test date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Japanese holiday, you can apply until 23:59 (Japan time) four business days before the test date.
• Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, and New Year's holidays.

• Seating is limited. Please complete Scheduling as soon as possible.
• The name, date of birth, nationality, and gender registered at the time of reservation cannot be changed. Please make sure to register without any mistakes.
• If you are taking the test in Japan, you will need to upload a photo of yourself when making Scheduling. The uploaded photo will be included in Confirmation Letter and will be used to verify your identity On the test day. The uploaded face photo will also be included in the result notification. Please check the face photo regulations in advance and prepare a face photo that meets the regulations.

• Cancellation is not possible. Even if there is an error in the reservation details, corrections or cancellations cannot be made after the reservation is completed.
• No changes can be made after the reservation deadline has passed.
• Scheduling cannot be changed unless there are vacant seats.
• Regardless of Presence or Absence On the test day Test Fee and Voucher will not be refunded, nor will Voucher be reissued.

• Entrance to Test Center will begin 30 minutes before the start of the test.
• Please arrive at Test Center 15 minutes before the start of the test. If you are late, you will not be able to take the test.
• You must present a valid Identification Document on the exam date. If you cannot present it, you will not be able to take the test.

• Approximately 30 days after the examination, the ID numbers of successful candidates will be publicly disclosed on the website of Center for Accommodation Industry Proficiency Test.
  Additionally, in cases where a contract of employment has been determined between the successful candidate and the accepting institution (accommodation provider), both the successful candidate and the accepting institution are required to apply to Center for Accommodation Industry Proficiency Test for the issuance of the certificate of success.The certificate of successful examination will be provided to the candidates through the accepting institution.
