1. Prohibitions

The following actions are prohibited.

  1. Eating, drinking and smoking in the Test room
  2. Entry of accompanying person
  3. Acts that interfere with, harm, or attempt to inflict harm on other Candidate or Test proctors.
  4. Other acts of not following the instructions of Test proctor.

*If you cannot comply with the above items, you may be refused the exam.

2. Cheating

The following actions in the Test room will be considered cheating and any discovered facts will be reported to Test sponsor. Additionally, in this case, you will not be able to continue with Test.

  1. If there is writing on the body or equipment, we will record (including take photos of) the relevant items.
  2. Examination (attendance) for people other than those scheduled to take the exam (attendance)
  3. Acts such as private conversation in Test room, looking into other Candidate' screens, etc.
  4. Bringing information into Test room, taking information out of Test room, or any similar acts <★><*1>
  5. Bringing in and using personal belongings other than those authorized by our company, such as Identification Document and ID number slips, or other similar acts＜※1＞
  6. Writing on anything other than memo paper, such as on the body, or entering Test room with writing on the body<★>

★Any information you bring in, take out, or write is considered cheating, regardless of whether it is related to Test.

3. Other notes

  1. Test format, number of questions, Test time, etc. are subject to change without notice, so please be sure to check them on Test screen.
  2. Test proctors cannot answer any questions regarding Test format or Test content. If you have any questions or problems such as computer failure, please be sure to call Test proctor immediately to confirm the situation. Please note that we will not be able to respond to requests after Test has ended.
  3. If you must leave your seat during Test, be sure to call Test proctor and bring Identification Document with you. Please note that Test time will not stop in this case. ＜※2＞
  4. Test will end when the remaining time displayed in the upper right corner of the screen runs out, but depending on Test, you may be able to end the exam without waiting for the remaining time to run out.
  5. Test proctors cannot answer any questions regarding Test Result or scores. For any related questions, please contact the relevant Test sponsor or the person in charge Scheduling.

Failure to comply with the above regulations may result in Test Result being invalidated. In that case, Test Fee will not be refunded. In addition, you may be refused further examinations.

<*1> Excludes approved Test. Items that are not allowed include cell phones and watches.
<*2> Excludes Test with prescribed breaks.
