The purpose of this Test is to determine whether you have the necessary abilities to work in the Japanese construction industry.
In order to work as a Specified Skilled Worker worker in Japan, in addition to passing this Test, you must also pass the Japanese language Test.
In order to obtain Specified Skilled Worker residence status, an examination by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Tourism and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required.

| Eligibility | Those who intend to work in the construction industry in Japan if they pass the exam. Age Restrictions To take this exam, you must be 17 years of age or older on the exam date. Indonesian nationals must be 18 years of age or older on the test date. Eligibility
Even if you are able to pass Test, this does not guarantee that you will be granted the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker", and those who pass Test will not be able to apply for Certificate of eligibility or change their status of residence. Even if an application is submitted, it does not necessarily mean that Certificate of eligibility will be issued or permission to change the status of residence will be granted.
ID creation
- If you do not have Prometric ID, please create one first.
- It is prohibited for one person to obtain multiple Prometric IDs.
- When registering your passport or e-KTP information with Prometric ID, please be sure to enter it exactly as it appears on Identification Document. The registered information will be displayed exactly as it is on Confirmation Letter and result notices.
- If your passport's MRZ is single-name, your full name will be automatically registered in the First Name field, and a hyphen ("-") will be used in the Last Name field, and this will be displayed on the document.
- Even if the order of names displayed on your MRZ and Confirmation Letter differs, you can still take the exam as long as you registered according to the MRZ.
- e-KTP: Please enter your name exactly as it appears on the ticket (including your degree, etc.). Your name will be consolidated into the First Name field, and a hyphen ("-") will be automatically entered in the Last Name field.
- A hyphen ("-") will appear in the blank space for your name on Confirmation Letter and result notification documents, but this is not an error and does not require any correction.
- If your name contains separators, please omit the apostrophe (') and comma (,) as they cannot be registered in the system, or enter a space instead. Periods (.) and hyphens (-) are acceptable.
- Since name information can only be registered up to 39 characters, please register only the first 39 characters if your name exceeds 40 characters.
- If there are errors in your registration information, you may not be able to take the exam.
- If unauthorized access is detected, your account will be deleted.
- If you book an exam via a Vietnamese sending organization, please register the email address specified by the sending organization when creating your Prometric ID.
Scheduling
- Reservations and changes can be made from 59 days before the test date until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the test date at the earliest. If the test date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Japanese holiday, you can apply until 23:59 (Japan time) four business days before the test date.
- Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, and New Year's holidays.
- The dates vary depending on Test Center. Please note that Test Center may not hold exams depending on the date and time.
- Seating is limited. Please complete Scheduling as soon as possible.
- If there are errors in your registration information, you may not be able to take the exam.
- If unauthorized access is detected, your account will be deleted.
Rescheduling
- Cancellations are not possible.
- No changes can be made after the reservation deadline has passed.
- Scheduling cannot be changed unless there are vacant seats.
- Regardless of Presence or Absence On the test day Test Fee and Voucher will not be refunded, nor will Voucher be reissued.
On the day of exam date
- Entry to Test Center will begin 45 minutes before the start of the exam.
- Please arrive at Test Center 30 minutes before the start of the exam. If you are late, you will not be able to take the exam.
- You must present a valid Identification Document on the exam date. If you cannot present it, you will not be able to take the test.
- Even if you are unable to take the test due to being late or Any lack of or mistake in your identification document(s), Test Fee will not be refunded.
- The following types of clothing are prohibited at Ateneo University in the Philippines.
Dirty clothes, shorts and shirts for room use, shorts and shirts for sports such as gym and cycling, sleeveless clothes (for men), clothes with deep necklines, clothes with wide openings in the back, clothes without shoulder straps, clothes that show your navel, extreme clothes. short skirts or dresses, extremely low-rise jeans, and slippers.
Identification Document
Identification Document must meet all of the following conditions:
- The "name, passport number (or NIK number), and date of birth on Identification Document" must be the same as the "name, passport number (or NIK number), and date of birth registered in your Prometric ID."
- Must be an original.
- Copying is invalid.
- It cannot be presented on a smartphone screen or other electronic media.
- The photo of Identification Document must be clear and can be verified as the person who came to the test site on On the test day.
- Must be within the expiry date and include a photo.

- Scheduling, changes, and cancellations are possible until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before exam date. If exam date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Japanese holiday, the test date is 4 business days in advance.
- Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, and New Year's holidays.
- Please manage your Prometric ID, password, and registered email address yourself, and be careful not to disclose them to a third party.
