Regarding regulations regarding facial photos

Valid headshot

  • Image file format must be JPEG
  • Image file size must be 10MB or less
  • Aspect ratio should be 4:3 or 16:9
  • Adjust so that the length of the face is about 70% of the vertical width.
  • Only Candidate must appear in the photo
  • Must be without a hat, with no background, and facing forward. However, this excludes cases where it is necessary to cover the head for religious reasons.
  • It is not appropriate to use glasses that hide part of the facial organs due to reflections or rims, masks, bangs, or other decorations that make it impossible to identify the person.
  • Must be clear, with no blur or shadows
  • It is not appropriate to display facial features that are significantly different from normal facial features, such as smiling with an open mouth.
  • The photo must be taken within 3 months of exam date

If you are using iOS11 or later

Photos in HEIF format (extension .heic) cannot be uploaded.
Please check the instruction manual for your device and change the camera settings so that photos can be saved in JPEG format.
