Even if you pass the test, it does not guarantee that you will be granted the "Specified Skilled Worker" status of residence. Even if an application for a Certificate of Eligibility or permission to change your status of residence is made for a person who passes the test, it does not necessarily mean that you will be issued with a Certificate of Eligibility or that you will be permitted to change your status of residence. In addition, even if you are issued with a Certificate of Eligibility, your visa application will be examined separately by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and you may not necessarily be issued a visa.

① Name when creating ID

• Please create Prometric ID using the same name as the name on Identification Document will bring with you on the day.
• If the name on Identification Document does not match the name registered to your Prometric ID, you will not be able to take the test on the day of the test.
• Your name cannot be corrected after the reservation is completed, so please be sure to check it before making your reservation.

② Prohibition of duplicate reservations for the same test category by creating multiple IDs

• It is prohibited for one person to obtain multiple Prometric IDs.
• If you already have Prometric ID and then obtain another Prometric ID to reserve or take a test of the same exam category, your test results will be invalidated.

• Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, and New Year's holidays.
• The dates vary depending on Test Center. Please note that Test Center may not hold exams depending on the date and time.
• Seating is limited. Please complete Scheduling as soon as possible.
• The name, date of birth, nationality, and gender registered at the time of reservation cannot be changed. Please make sure to register without any mistakes.
• If you are taking the test in Japan, you will need to upload a photo of your face when you make a reservation. The uploaded photo will be printed on Confirmation Letter and will be used to verify your identity On the test day. Please check the photo regulations in advance and prepare a photo that meets the requirements.

• You can change the test date and Test Center (within the same country only) up until 23:59 (Japan time) four business days before the test date.
• Cancellation is not possible. Even if there is an error in the reservation details such as the selected country or test category, corrections or cancellations cannot be made after the reservation is completed.
• Once the reservation deadline has passed, you will not be able to change the test date or Test Center.
• If there are no available seats, you will not be able to change the test date or Test Center.
• Regardless of Presence or Absence On the test day Test Fee and Voucher will not be refunded, nor will Voucher be reissued.

• Entry to Test Center will begin 45 minutes before the start of the exam.
• Please arrive at Test Center 30 minutes before the start of the exam. If you are late, you will not be able to take the exam.
• You must present a valid Identification Document on the day of the test. If you are unable to present it, you will not be able to take the test. (Original documents only. Copies are invalid for any reason.)
• Even if you are unable to take the test due to being late or Any lack of or mistake in your identification document(s), Test Fee will not be refunded.
• The following types of clothing are prohibited at Ateneo University in the Philippines.
  Dirty clothes, shorts and shirts for room use, shorts and shirts for sports such as gym and cycling, sleeveless clothes (for men), clothes with deep necklines, clothes with wide openings in the back, clothes without shoulder straps, clothes that show your navel, extreme clothes. short skirts or dresses, extremely low-rise jeans, and slippers.

Name when creating ID

• Please create Prometric ID using the same name as the name on Identification Document will bring with you on the day.

Group Registration are possible only if 5 or more people are taking the test on the same day. Group Registration are available in a limited number of countries.

• Please check your result notification within 5 business days after taking the test by logging in to your My Page. For instructions on how to print your result notification, please see "How to print your Google Chrome result notification." Please note that this result notification is for the individual to confirm their results, and is different from the "Certificate of Passing" that successful applicants attach when applying for residence status. Please apply for the "Certificate of Passing" through the Manufacturing Sector Specified Skilled Worker Portal Site.

• Retaking the same exam category is not permitted until 45 days have passed since the day after the exam date. Each exam has a reservation acceptance period and an exam implementation period. Please make a reservation during the reservation acceptance period, for an exam date that is within the exam implementation period and that is 45 days after the day after the exam date.
