Even if you are able to pass Test, this does not guarantee that you will be granted the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker", and those who pass Test will not be able to apply for Certificate of eligibility or change their status of residence. • Reservations and changes can be made from 60 days before the test date until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the test date at the earliest. The uploaded photo will be included in Confirmation Letter and will be used to verify your identity On the test day. The uploaded face photo will also be included in the result notification. Please check the face photo regulations in advance and prepare a face photo that meets the regulations.

• Cancellation is not possible. Even if there is an error in the reservation details, corrections or cancellations cannot be made after the reservation is completed.
• No changes can be made after the reservation deadline has passed.
• Scheduling cannot be changed unless there are vacant seats.
• Regardless of Presence or Absence On the test day Test Fee and Voucher will not be refunded, nor will Voucher be reissued.

• Entrance to Test Center will begin 30 minutes before the start of the test.

The ID numbers of those who passed the Test will be published on the Nissei Federation website within 30 days after Test is conducted.
If it is decided that an employment contract will be concluded between the successful applicant and the accepting organization (maintenance business), a certificate of passing Test will be issued to Candidate through the accepting organization.

• You cannot retake Test that you have passed.
• Those who fail the exam will not be able to take the same Test for 45 days starting from the day after exam date.
