Notes
Scheduling
- Reservations can be made from 60 days before the test date to at least 3 business days before the test date. If the test date is a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline is 4 business days before the test date. Please check "Deadlines and Fees by Payment Method" as they vary depending on the payment method.
- Exams cannot be canceled.
- Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
- You will not be able to make changes to Scheduling unless Test Fee has been paid.
On the day of exam date
- Reception is open from 30 minutes to 15 minutes before the start time of the exam. If you are late to the reception desk, you will not be able to take the test, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- You will be required to present the designated Identification Document on the day of the test. If you cannot present it, you will not be able to take the test.
Candidate Schedules
ID creation
If you do not have a Prometric ID, please create one first.
If you have Prometric ID that starts with JP, you can use it for all exams, so please log in and proceed with your reservation.
Login/Reservation/Change
Reservations and changes can be made up to three business days before the test date at the earliest. If the test date is a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline is 4 business days before the test date.

Testing Accommodations
If you require reasonable accommodation to take the test, you must apply in advance before Scheduling Test.

Driver's license, passport, My Number card, residence card, special permanent resident certificate, driving history certificate

Test Result
Pass/fail announcement
You will be notified of your pass/fail in the "Examination Result Notification" mailed at the end of the month following the month in which the exam ends.
Retake Policy
Each area can only be taken once during the event period.
If you take the test multiple times during the same period, Test Result will be invalidated. In this case, the examination fee will not be refunded.
