Scheduling
- To reserve an exam, you will need your membership number issued by the society. Please have your membership number ready to begin the reservation process.
(The "examination application number" listed in the exam reservation procedure is the membership number issued by the society.) - We recommend making reservations during the priority reservation period.
- Test Center are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may not be able to reserve your desired Test Center.
- Reservations and changes can be made up to 4 business days before the test date at the earliest.
- Reservations cannot be canceled.
- Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
On the day of exam date
- Reception is open from 30 minutes to 15 minutes before the start time of the exam. If you are late to the reception desk, you will not be able to take the test, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- You will be required to present the designated Identification Document on the day of the test. If you cannot present it, you will not be able to take the test.
- If you will be absent from the exam, please contact Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society by email in advance.
