Scheduling
- To make a reservation, you will need the reception number issued by the society. Please have it ready before starting the reservation process.
- Reservations and changes can be made up to 4 business days before the test date at the earliest.
- Reservations cannot be canceled.
- Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
- If you wish to cancel your examination, please contact the conference office via email in advance.
On the day of exam date
- Reception is open from 30 minutes to 15 minutes before the start time of the exam. If you are late to the reception desk, you will not be able to take the test, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- You will be required to present the designated Identification Document on the day of the test. If you cannot present it, you will not be able to take the test.
