Our company was founded in the United States in 1990 and was the first in the industry to develop a large-scale Test distribution system using computers. The following year, in 1991, we established a Japanese subsidiary and have been providing Test delivery solutions using Computer Based Testing (CBT) in Japan for 25 years.

We have distributed more than 15 million Test in Japan.

In addition, many Test sponsor have used our total consulting service, which includes not only the implementation of Test, but also the design of a qualification system to create a reliable Test and increase the value of Test, the creation and management of Test questions, and the analysis of Test Result.
