The lecture given by Simmy Ziv-el, Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer of Prometric 's Finetune division, was featured in the "Trends in University Entrance Examination Research (2025) Special Issue" published by the National Center for University Entrance Examinations in December 2025.

At the 20th National University Admissions Research Liaison Council Conference, held from May 29th to 31st, 2025, Simmy Ziv-el gave a presentation titled "The Future of Test Development in the AI Era: How Educational Institutions Can Balance Innovation, Ethics, and Security, as Seen through the Example of Finetune Generate®."

This report focuses on Finetune Generate® as a concrete example of generative AI use in the field of educational assessment.

• Ethics: Ensuring transparency and explainability, and building consensus with stakeholders
