Scheduling
- To reserve Test Center, you will need your membership number issued by the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology. Please have your membership number ready before starting your reservation.
- Reservations and changes are possible during the reservation period.
- Test Center are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may not be able to reserve Test Center you want. Please complete your reservation as soon as possible.
- Exams cannot be canceled.
- Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
On the day of exam date
- Registration is open from 30 minutes to 15 minutes before the start of the exam (12:30-12:45). If you are late for registration, you will not be able to take the exam, so please arrive with plenty of time.
- You will be required to present the required Identification Document on the day of the test. If you are unable to present these documents, you will not be able to take the test. In this case, the examination fee will not be refunded.
- If you will be absent from the exam, please contact the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology in advance by email.
- If you are unable to take On the test day due to delays or suspension of public transportation and would like to take the exam on a different date as a relief measure, please check the Society's members-only page (regarding specialists and supervising physicians) and submit the "Exam Rescheduling Application Form" by noon on Monday, October 6, 2025.
- Due to Gmail's functionality, Test Center name listed in the reservation completion email may automatically link to a map app, but this may indicate a location different from the actual Test Center. Therefore, please be sure to check the accurate Test Center information on Confirmation Letter or Test Center list/search.

If you have Prometric ID that starts with JP, you can use it for all exams, so please log in and proceed with your reservation.

Reservations and changes can be made up to four business days before the test date. Reservations cannot be canceled.
