PUR: Redemption Voucher
This is a guide to Test sponsor who issue examination tickets (Voucher).
Examination tickets can be issued from the online examination ticket note site (Voucher Express).
What is Redemption Voucher (PUR)?
A redemption Voucher is an exam ticket issued by Test sponsor.
This is a type of test ticket in which our company requests Test sponsor for the test fee after Candidate uses it. If it is unused, we will not charge you.
Procedure for ordering exam tickets
Please check the "Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Use of Examination Tickets" in advance.
Notes
Distribution of exam tickets
When distributing exam tickets to candidates planning to take the exam, please also inform them of the contents of the ``Examination Ticket Purchase/Usage Terms and Conditions''.
Examination ticket expiration date
Redemption Voucher can only be extended by Test sponsor within three years from the date of order and within the expiry date.
For the extension procedure, please see P11-P12 of "User Guide: Ticketing Procedures/Functions".
First-time users: Account application/PUR application
To use Voucher Express, you must apply for an account in advance.
Please refer to the "User Guide: Account Application Procedures" before applying.
Flow of account acquisition and PUR application approval
- It takes approximately 10 Approximate Exam Length apply for an account.
- You will not be able to order redemption Voucher once your account registration is complete.
- Please make a PUR application to issue a redemption Voucher.
- Once your PUR application has been approved, you will be able to order a redemption Voucher.
*Business days: days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays
Notes
About registered email address
- If you cancel your application midway through, you may not be able to reapply using the same email address.
- You can only register your account with a personal email address used by your company. The following email addresses cannot be used.
