Examination ticket purchase/terms of use

1. Prometric Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ``Company'') provides exam tickets (Voucher) (hereinafter referred to as `` Test sponsor'') issued by our company or Test sponsor that sponsors the exams distributed by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the ``Examination Organizer''). ) shall be handled in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Purchasers or users of exam tickets (hereinafter referred to as "customers") will conduct transactions based on these terms and conditions.

1. When a customer applies to purchase a test ticket (hereinafter referred to as an "order"), the method specified by the Company shall be used.
2. After we receive the order form (hereinafter referred to as the "Order Form") sent by the customer, the customer cannot cancel the order or change the quantity.

1. Our company and Test sponsor will use personal information acquired through customer orders (attribute information such as the name and company name that the customer fills out or inputs at the time of ordering; the same shall apply hereinafter) for the following purposes: I will use it.
   (1) To be used by our company and Test sponsor for related business processing based on the exam ticket, including shipping of products.
   (2) To provide customers with various information such as events and campaigns related to Test (hereinafter referred to as "advertising materials") for use by our company and Test sponsor for legitimate business activities. However, the customer can request that the company stop sending advertising materials, etc.
2. Providing your personal information when placing an order is optional, but if you do not include your personal information on the order form, there may be problems such as exam tickets not being delivered to you.
3. Your personal information may be provided in a password-protected file to the Test Test sponsor the exam specified on your order within the scope of the purposes for which your personal information is used as described above. The personal information provided is the items listed on the order form, namely the customer's company name, affiliation, name, address, email address, telephone number, and fax number.
4. Our company may outsource some of the handling of personal information to a subcontractor within the scope of the purpose of use of personal information listed above. We will implement appropriate safety management measures for our subcontractors.
5. We may provide your personal information to Prometric US headquarters. Your personal information processed and stored there will be sent to Test sponsor. Your personal information is appropriately protected by our company and Prometric 's US headquarters.
6. When we receive a request from a customer regarding notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to a third party of personal information that the customer provided to us (hereinafter referred to as a "request for disclosure, etc."), we will respond after verifying the customer's identity.

7. In addition, you can check the personal information registered with your Prometric ID from the "Login" page on the dedicated page for each exam, and change it from "Click here to change your registered information."

9. At our company, the senior manager in charge of legal and management systems serves as the personal information protection manager.

1. Customers can pay for Test Fee within the range of available Test listed on their exam ticket.
2. Examination tickets cannot be used to pay for anything other than Test Fee specified by our company or Test sponsor Test.

1. Examination tickets cannot be used in the following cases. Furthermore, neither our company nor Test sponsor will be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.
   (1) When the examination ticket is forged, altered, reprinted, or fraudulently created.
   (2) When the customer acquires an examination ticket illegally, or when the customer acquires or obtains the examination ticket knowingly or in a situation where the customer should be able to know that the examination ticket was obtained illegally.
2. For examination tickets that have a validity period, the expiration date will be indicated. Tickets that have expired cannot be used. Please note that the expiration date cannot be changed or extended after purchasing the exam ticket.

Please note that if the test ticket you purchased is stolen or lost, we will not reissue the test ticket under any circumstances. However, if our company determines that it is unusable due to deformation, damage, etc., we may approve reissuance.

In the unlikely event that a defect or other problem arises regarding the transaction of Test distribution service when the customer uses the test ticket, the customer shall resolve the issue with the company.

1. Sales prices are subject to change without notice. If you receive an order form with the old price, please place your order again using the order form with the new price.
2. Examination tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded at all.
3. Even if there is a change in the selling price of the relevant Test after purchasing an exam ticket, or if Test than the ticket purchase Price, we will not refund the difference in price to the customer or claim the Price. There is nothing to do.

1. Resale of test tickets is prohibited unless there is a contract or other arrangement between Test sponsor and our company. Examination tickets purchased through resale may not be used in accordance with Article 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Test sponsor organization and our company will not be held responsible for any losses caused by purchasing test tickets from companies or organizations other than those listed below.

   (3) Test sponsor organization or our company.

1. We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, reprinting, etc.
2. We will not investigate or track the use or unused examination tickets. Please use and manage it yourself.

If we change these terms and conditions regarding the handling of examination tickets, we will take a well-known method after a certain notice period, and after the notice period has passed, the revised terms and conditions will apply.
