Information on purchasing exam tickets (Voucher) to take the VE Leader Certification Test.
About exam tickets
You can use your exam ticket when making your Test Scheduling. Examination tickets can be purchased in bulk by companies and organizations. The purchaser will distribute the purchased exam tickets to Candidate.
Candidate can complete payment with their exam ticket when Scheduling themselves. Candidate will not be required to pay Test Fee.

Advantages of using it
Lump-sum payment of Test Fee
You can pay Test Fee all at once.
Bank transfer is available. If you are using the service for the first time as a group, payment will be made in advance by bank transfer, and from the second time onwards, payment will be made in deferred payment.
Providing “application status” and “pass/fail results”
If you purchase 20 tickets or more, we will send you data on the application status and pass/fail results of test ticket users every month.
Volume discounts
Up to 20% discount will be applied if you order 100 pieces or more in one order.

Notes
- You cannot cancel, change, or cancel your order after it has been placed.
- Bank transfer is available. If you are using the service for the first time as a group, payment will be made in advance by bank transfer, and from the second time onwards, payment will be made in deferred payment.
- Delivery of exam tickets will take approximately one week from the date of order.
- The validity period is 365 days from the date of issue. The expiration date cannot be changed.
- When making Test Scheduling, you will need the "exam ticket number" of your test ticket.
Order procedure
Step1: Fill in the ticketing form
Please proceed with the order procedure using the ticketing form. Please check the "Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Use of Examination Tickets" in advance.
Step2: Receiving the exam ticket
Prometric will send it to you via email. For your first order, we will issue you an exam ticket after confirming your payment. From the second time onward, we accept deferred payment by bank transfer.
Payment deadline for first order
Payment must be made in advance by Monday of the following week from the date of invoice issue.
Step3: Receipt and payment of invoice
We will send you an invoice via email. Once you receive the invoice, please pay by the due date.
Second and subsequent payment due dates
- Closes on the 24th of each month and pays at the end of the following month (applies to bills from the 25th to the 24th of the following month)
Step4: Distribution of exam tickets
Please inform Candidate of the examination ticket number. Candidate will need their exam ticket number when Scheduling Test.
