Qualification Renewal Training (online) attendance regulations
Please read and agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to the enrollment rules, you will not be able to attend the course.
If someone who is not eligible takes the course, the course will be invalidated even if they meet the passing criteria.
1. Information regarding Qualification renewal training (online)

Please check the information page in advance, as it includes information on preparations, how to take the course, frequently asked questions, and contact information.
2.About PC operating environment
Qualification Renewal Training (online) is a method that you can take using the Internet from your work or home PC.
The operating environment is listed on the information page, so please be sure to check in advance whether the PC you will be using for the course meets the operating environment.
3. Preparation of reservation number and key code
When taking a course, you will need two types of codes: a reservation number (8 digits half-width numbers) and a key code (8 digits half-width alphanumeric characters). The reservation number and key code will be included in the information email sent from Prometric to the email address registered at the time of reservation two business days (*1) before the course date, so have them ready before the start of the course. please. Please note that the reservation number and key code will be different for each reservation.
Your reservation number and key code are necessary information to prevent identity theft and verify your identity, so please strictly manage them so that they are not disclosed to third parties (*2).
(*1) Business days: Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays
(*2) Excludes the person in charge of human resources/applications if the information email is sent to the person in charge of human resources/applications.
4.About the procedure for starting the course
When the reserved date and time arrives, please start the course by following the steps listed in "Starting the course" on the information page.
5.About viewing the materials (PDF files) during the course
When taking a comprehension test, you can answer while displaying "reference materials." A button labeled "Reference materials" will appear below the question, so click on it.
- When displaying materials on screen, the recommended display resolution is 1920x1080.
- If the resolution of your display is less than 1920 x 1080, the materials will overlap the questions and hide the questions and answer choices, so you may have to use your browser's zoom function to lower the magnification of the screen display size, or use the mouse to view the materials. Please take measures such as moving or closing the materials before answering.
- You can close the materials displayed on the screen by your own operations. You can also view closed documents again.
6.About fraud
The following misconduct is stipulated in the Qualification renewal training (online). Those who engage in misconduct will not only be disqualified from completing that day's training, but will also be investigated through their company or organization.
In addition, the names of companies and organizations to which they belong will be disclosed to all association members for one year.
- A person other than the student taking the course pretending to be the student.
- Viewing and referring to materials and information other than the "reference materials" displayed on the training screen.
- Recording training content and leaking the content to outside parties
- Contact with third parties during the course (*3)
(*3) The aim is to resolve problems based on calls made to Prometric customer service by the student himself or herself, and calls made by the company's staff to Prometric customer service when trouble occurs during the course at the company. Excludes conversations between the trainee and the company representative
7.About interruption of course
You cannot interrupt the course. If you have no choice but to leave your seat (to use the restroom, etc.) during the course, please be sure to lock your computer screen.
Please note that even if you are away from your seat, the course will not be interrupted and the course time will continue to elapse. If the course time ends while you are away, the course results at that time will be sent to you.
8. Regarding troubles related to the course
- System troubles or errors that occur when the PC used for the course does not meet the operating requirements will not be supported by Prometric Customer Service.
- Frequently asked questions are posted on the information page. Please check before contacting us.
- If you do not have your reservation number and key code prepared, or if there is an error in the information entered, you will not be able to start the course and your attendance will be marked as absent.
- If you are unable to start or complete the course due to a problem with the PC used for the course or the student's network environment, and you are absent or do not complete the course, you will need to make a new reservation.
9.Other notes
- If you have any questions, such as not being able to start or proceed with the course, please call Prometric Customer Service and check the situation. Please note that we cannot respond to requests after the course has ended. However, Prometric Customer Service cannot answer any questions regarding training content or results (scores).
- The time limit for Qualification renewal training is 120 minutes. The course ends when the remaining time displayed on the screen runs out, but you can end the course at any time without waiting for the remaining time to run out.
